Fortunately for Musk/Trump the court put a stay on that particular freeze and the money started flowing again but it's only a matter of time before Elon and his chimp paint themselves into a corner they can't get out of.
This time next year Republicans are going to be caring more about midterm elections than being Musk/Trump lapdogs.
If by then these policies are no longer popular with the base the knives are going to come out.
It'll be a bloodbath.
Impeachment #3 could be a real possibility with a REAL conviction this time.
