Is this the "smoking gun"? Letter from Cohen stating Trump did not reimburse him for Stormy Daniels payment

For trump to be indicted all they need to Do is convince the grand jury That trump ordered or had prior knowledge that cohen was paying off stormy daniels.

And/or that he or his campaign Arranged for the company that runs the national enquirer to be paying women off for their stories so that they could kill the stories.

Both of those things constituted illegal campaign in-kind contributions, and if Trump was involved, he violated campaign finance law.

the doj and fed already investigated snd said only clinton and the dnc violated campaign fin laws in 2016 not trump.

Actually the federal government never said that trump didn't violate the law.

They Said that there were unindicted CO-conspirators In the campaign The finance violations that michael cohen was sent to prison for. They decided not to outright name trump Because they were not allowed to legally indict him as a sitting president. But never once in that case did they ever publicly State in any way that there was no evidence that donald trump violated the law.

really was he charged by the doj or fec?

Umm, it didn't fail then. Trump was president and couldn't be touched. Cohen, who could be touched, was convicted; in part, for the crime y'all are denying Trump committed.
Then, if it was so solid, why no charges, some 2+ years AFTER he left office? Seems you lefties would have done something the day he became citizen Trump….

Both Impeachments were justified... and a lot more serious than "lying about a blow job" which is what you got Clinton on.
By your own standards, Trump should go down, because what he did with Daniels was a lot worse than anything Bill did with Monica.

The only reason Trump didn't go to jail in 16 was he was elected. Arresting a sitting president is a near impossibility.

Now that he's out of office, he's fair game.
So why nothing yet? It’s been over two years….Lay out for me anything he’s been charged with, or convicted of since leaving office….I’ll wait…

So yeah. Everyone who Trump touches ends up disbarred, scandalized, or jailed.

You'd have to be a completely deranged moron to work for him going forward.
Most of them get caught lying for Trump in one manner or another.

Considering the track record, I cannot fathom why anyone continues to do so. It does not work well for anyone. How is Trump getting theses people to follow along?

Cohen seems to be lying against trump not for him

Clinton paid that money to settle a civil action.

Grifty had someone pay her on his behalf and then lied about it....
It isn't even the lying about it... and not reporting it as a campaign finance expense...that's a fine or misdemeanor...

It's the cooking of financial books, to cover it up, and avoiding taxes.... If my guess is correct.

Though a reminder, none of us know what he'll be indicted for, because there have been no indictments....

None of that has to do with the 5th Amendment violation Bragg perpetrated or the 600 pages of exculpatory evidence he hid from the Grand Jury.

I understsnd Democrats and snowflakes hate the Constitution and Rule of Law - without them you would have taken down Trump 6 yeats sgo.

Unfortunately for you, you haven't gotten rid of them yet.

It's not Bragg's job to do the defense's job for it.

If there is 600 pages that prove Trump didn't fuck Daniels, and then illegally paid her to keep it quiet, his lawyers will have every chance to show it to a jury.

But the reality is.

1) He fucked her.
2) He paid her to keep quiet about it.
3) He lied on his campaign finance reports to hide the payments.

It's not Bragg's job to do the defense's job for it.

Your ignorance of the 5th Amendment of the US Consttitition, making it legally mandatory for the prosecution to provide the defense with ALL information, is duly noted.

Recently Biden's judicial nominees have been humilitated before Congress due to their inability to explain what the 5th Amendment is.

Congrats - you are as smart as a Biden Judicial appointee.
