Is this the "smoking gun"? Letter from Cohen stating Trump did not reimburse him for Stormy Daniels payment

And yet, Stormy told her story in 2011... AND no Democrats raised the issue in 2016, a fair presumption being none knewcabout it... AND Trump did pay to shut up Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, about affairs he had 10 years earlier, in the months leading into his election.
Or they figured no one gave a shit. Hilary didnt run the best campaign. The evidence of that was that she couldnt beat Trump. Was anyone under the delusion that Trump was less than faithful aka a serial philander? Is anyone shocked he slept with a porn star? Really I think I might have been more surprised to find out he hadn't slept with a PS than that he had. People are who they are, and Trump is a wildly unfaithful to his marriages. All of them. All that said you cant make the case without a reasonable doubt that he paid them off because of the run for President. It's clear these women were coming forward looking for money was because of the run but that doesn't mean Trump wouldn't have paid them to shut up whether he was running for President or not. But even if you could I refuse to believe he wouldnt have been charged with campaign finance charges (and cheered on by you) had he used actual campaign funds to pay off Daniels. So you cant on one hand say it was illegal because he paid this woman off with his own money but would have been illegal under the same statute had he paid her off with campaign funds.

what law? please cite it

the only folks convicted of campaign finance volations in 2016 was clinton and the dnc

The law that convicted Cohen of making an excessive campaign contribution to Trump by bribing those two women to remain silent of their respective affairs.

She went public by filing a lawsuit to get out of the NDA. The action of filing the suit is why it became public information.

Ok, so for what purpose what she wanting out of the NDA? Did she not agree to it? Did she not get paid for it? What was the reason she felt she needed to get out of it? My guess is for political damage reasons.

that was a federal law that cohen broke. The feds and fec aren’t charging trump. and remain silent? you were the one that claimed stormy had already talked about it.

No, he didn't sign a letter denying the affair ... he was talking about the letter she signed where she denied the affair. But again, she was paid $130,000 to say that.

I never said HE signed a letter, I said SHE signed a letter claiming it never happened, and in trumps tweet, he refers to a letter she had already signed and that the NDA was entered into to stop her from lying about an affair.

Who do we believe? Is there evidence the affair actually happened? Is there evidence trump knew the reimbursement to cohen was for hush money payment? There are contradicting stories and some from cohen and other lawyers that suggest cohen acted alone and that non of this happened because of an affair.

What she denied was having an affair. She didn't deny the hush money.

Ok, so then that means she just admitted to trying to extort a presidential candidate. She is admitting she got paid to keep quiet about an affair that never happened. So, that means she is basically admitting she is just saying all of this as a way to damage trump.
Again, for what reason? Political damage is my guess.

yes and the only announcement i can find about the case was from feb as i stated.

what we know about the investigation is that they didn’t announce braggs 180 on it until right after trump announced.

i am not sure what you are trying to say that disputes any of that
No, it isn't....YOUR citation is dated November 21st.

Nod.

what we know about the investigation is that they didn’t announce

This is bullshit....when you learned about it is irrelevant.

When, according to YOUR citation, did Bragg "restart" the investigation?

yes after trump announced

of course it’s relevant when it was announced that’s the entire point i was making

according to the article on Nov 21 that’s when he “jump stated” the probe

The renewed scrutiny of the hush money in recent months

When was the scrutiny "renewed"?

So, um, Cohen Paid Daniels $130,000 (and money to other women) and Trump paid him $420,000 for no legal work actually done, and you guys can't connect the dots?
Connecting dots is not my job, it's the prosecutors and they cant do it.
