That is what the left has done to this country. They have stripped morality from the nation and created a bunch of amoral convict types. Why? Because they know that only a moral people are worthy of having freedom. Those that have no morals will use their freedom to harm others.

I'm all for freedom, like the freedom to bear arms, but when a society becomes so depraved as to have no better morals than those in prison, it's time to build the fence around them and hire a warden.

This is why Ben Franklin aptly said that the Constitution would only last as long as the country had moral fiber. Once the moral fiber evaporated, only tyranny would be possible in order to subdue them.

Seems like war is inevitable. The country will be changed forever, regardless of who wins.

War is the natural state of man.

The thinking is always, "If we can just kill (blank) the world will be a good place".

A couple of decades ago, parents started raising their children with a sense of entitlement, no one ever loses, everyone gets a trophy, no one is left out, everyone gets invited to the party, everyone is equal you don't have to work hard, it doesn't matter that you've developed no sense of character, your grades suck and you can't read or add two numbers together or form a cohesive sentence but we'll pass you along to the next grade anyway... Then, the first time one of these little shits is met with the slightest bit of adversity, they lose their shit.

It's just that ******* simple.

hehheh...you are right....for some reason I thought I was on the other site.....anyhow...what you mention regarding parents is pretty much on track....though the pc schools are just as complicit if not more so. From what I have read I gather this particualar kid was a high achiever and sociable....so I think his failure may be due to soething else aka spiritual coinfusion...aka his interest in the occult. I think lots of kids are very hungry for spiritual things....since the schools went totally secular kids no longer get any guidance along those lines at school nor at home in too many cases...thus they begin to experiment and go off into areas that totally warp their minds.

IF the kid was interested in the "occult", that's not the fault or responsibility of the school.

What "occult" was he interested in? I ask because Paganism is utterly and completely non-violent and teaches only peace. Unlike christianity.

The school did not give this kid guns.

The parents are responsible for underage kids.

We do not have enough info yet to determine all that......the pentagram at this point is merely a clue....it might indicate something or it might not. What would you and your ilk be saying if he were found with a cross hanging from his neck?

It seems the overwhelming majority of these cases of school shootings has something to do with someone getting bullied...even the latest case. Pressure needs to be put on these schools to crack down on the bullies.....it is not like the teachers do not know who the bullies are....they simply find it easier to ignore these problems for whatever reason or reasons. Teachers have learned to look out after their own asses.....not get to concerned about getting involved in situations where there may be some blowback...you can hardly blame them...they are so often the target themselves. Irregardless....of what some claim...this issue of school shootings is a very complex problem..

A major difference between the past and present is the enormous increase in population. Accompanying this is an massive increase in the doses of 'entertainment' that emphasize that egoism and frustration have a solution in violence, especially with firearms.
There is a cultural sickness in America that many refuse to see because anything that reflects negatively on their concept of nationhood is denied. Anyone presenting the slightest criticism is a 'communist' worthy of being shot.

Impossible to control either...........but the one inescapable fact that I was attempting to bring out............this phenomenon of kids going to school and killing other kids in a mass sort of mode is a relatively recent development....a couple of decades ago...this type of stuff never happened. So why is that....has society or our culture changed that much, have the schools changed that much since the Feds took over the schools....in other woids...........are the schools themselves cupable in this sort of insane behavior?
