The anti-freedom folks say that aborting a non-viable fetus is murder. if that's true, then so is this.

Murder's a legal term. Abortion's legal, ergo not murder. It's killing a baby but not murdering a baby.

By the by, one of the more estrogen-spitting feminists I know is pregnant right now and posted her baby is masturbating in her womb. Being an actual person I refrained from brining up this point, but if a baby can masturbate in the the womb, then isn't it a baby and not a fetus?

Yeah, its okay for a fetus to masturbate but not okay for adults to.
