A LOT of malarky is APPLIED by state law BETWEEN issuing to an illegal and registering them. In some cases, the only PUBLIC info is a mark on their license that says "Not a valid Federal ID".. In addition, in some OTHER states the DMV MAY KNOW their immigration status BUT IS PROHIBITED FROM SHARING ANY OF THAT INFORMATION WITH OTHER GOVT AGENCIES -- short a court order.

ALSO -- many of the laws REQUIRING local registrars to check immigration use the weasel words "May" instead of "Shall" when it says that LOCAL registrars MAY check or request immigration status. So -- large cities WITHIN those states may direct THEIR REGISTRARS to just accept the request for registration from the info that the DMV DID provide -- and IGNORE what they WANT to ignore. Which is how NYC (the topic of this thread) gets away with enrolling illegals completely.

I noticed how you were not impressed about my "19" examples of aliens voting.. I didnt do that to PROVE a case. I did it so YOU CANNOT SAY "that no illegals are voting in FEDERAL elections".. And I want you to notice WHO BUSTED THEM.
