It's crazy you posted this. I've been on a wicked avacado kick lately. Been eating one a day.

I split mine, slice a grid on em and loosen it then add olive oil, salt, and pepper.

The. Bomb.

I ate 4 today, and also had a sandwich for lunch that had some in it.

They're 5 for 5 at the grocery store right now.

I put them on sandwiches too. We get them for a dollar each at IGA.
