"Suspected" is logically NOT a fact, it is in fact a suspicion.

It is a fact that he is suspected to be a member of a terrorist gang.

The only evidence that he was a "gang member" came from a confidential informant that said he was a member of MS-13 in New York.

That is the only evidence that you know of.

Problem? He'd only ever lived in Maryland since coming here as a 16 year old.

New York is a 3 1/2 hour drive from Maryland. Just because he maintained a resident in Maryland doesn’t mean that’s where he actually stayed.

Or maybe he did stay in Maryland and visit in New York to kick up to the bosses and get instructions from them on who to push the button on next.

He's a US prisoner being held in an El Salvadorian prision based on the US paying for his detention. As such the US has leverage, return him or we stop paying El Salvador $6,000,000.

If it turns out that it is an injustice in the case of this one person, that is unfortunate. But, that is a small injustice, compared to all the women and children that have been raped and families murdered since Biden allowed those thugs to flood over the border.

That's just flat out false. Here is the immigration judges 2019 decision. No where does the judge even imply that Garcia was a member of MS-13.

The asylum claim was denied not because he was in a gang, in fact he was running from gangs, it was denied because it was well past the filing limit.

He was GRANTED withholding because he was running from gangs.

He was denied CAT status because he was running from gangs and CAT only applied to governments.
