OK, let’s look at the facts.
"Suspected" is logically NOT a fact, it is in fact a suspicion.
It is a fact that he is suspected to be a member of a terrorist gang.
The only evidence that he was a "gang member" came from a confidential informant that said he was a member of MS-13 in New York.
That is the only evidence that you know of.
Problem? He'd only ever lived in Maryland since coming here as a 16 year old.
New York is a 3 1/2 hour drive from Maryland. Just because he maintained a resident in Maryland doesn’t mean that’s where he actually stayed.
Or maybe he did stay in Maryland and visit in New York to kick up to the bosses and get instructions from them on who to push the button on next.
I don’t know, I did not talk to that confidential informant.
He's a US prisoner being held in an El Salvadorian prision based on the US paying for his detention. As such the US has leverage, return him or we stop paying El Salvador $6,000,000.
It is 6 million for 300 prisoners, not just that one. I suppose Trump could threaten to withhold $20,000 but I don’t know what the contract says.
There has been no creditable evidence presented to the court that he's a terrorist or a gang member. OK, on CI that got it wrong because he said he was a member of the gang where he didn't live.
Sorry, but when you illegally immigrate into this country, and when so many criminals have been allowed to come in unimpeded and committed so many heinous crimes, the burden of proof shifts to you.
Legally, he should’ve been deported along time ago. He wants to present reasons that he should not be deported, he better be squeaky clean. Not a hint of criminality or even bad behavior. For the sake of our children, we cannot afford to be lenient about that.
If it turns out that it is an injustice in the case of this one person, that is unfortunate. But, that is a small injustice, compared to all the women and children that have been raped and families murdered since Biden allowed those thugs to flood over the border.
But of course, we know that he is not innocent. He is guilty of illegal immigration, which is itself a crime. Prison in El Salvador is a harsh lesson for that, but when you go to commit a crime, you roll the dice.. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
The US cannot afford to be the world’s dumping ground, and feeding trough. If we had continued that course we would wind up just like the shit hole countries that people flee to the US to escape.
