This particular person has admittedly (by the Trump Admin) been deported “in error”. He was legally here and had a work permit. He should be brought back and released immediately.
Given how badly the Trump Admin has botched this, all those deported should be brought back and their cases adjudicated while they wait in AMERICAN jails

You think the ACLU will stand by if the others are returned and incarcerated? Or are you smart enough to be aware that they will certainly file claims of habeas corpus for all of them and try to get them freed as well?

One administrative error about which gang a person belongs to does not equal the Trump admin “botched“ this. It is pathetic Straw grasping to claim that it is.
Rather than spend your efforts trying to get these gangbangers freed, you would do better to joint organizations that help their victims.
If nothing else, it is a waste of time. Trump will never bring those violent criminals back, and even if you wanted to the American American people would not stand for it.

Including gang-toidy fast-track Group Video Law-Counseling while they're in a detention center...
After that, all it takes is a rubber-stamp deputized-magistrate's order and providing instructions for appealing post-deportation...
An army of deputized justices-of-the-peace and local magistrates and notary publics who take a 2-hour orientation class...
An army taking shifts and open-for-business 24x7 that cranks-out machine-signed deportation orders like cheap advertising flyers.
And that's just for starters... if such tactics won't work there are a thousand-and-one other approaches that can be conjured and tried.
There are a great many ways to skin your Due Process Cat when it comes to Illegal Aliens... but DO understand... they're going.

Best case scenario for your goal of bringing terrorist to the United States is that Donald Trump writes the President of El Salvador letter requesting that he release the terrorist and send them to us. Of course, that president would realize that Donald Trump did not expect such a weird request to be filled and would not do it.
There would be nothing that those Obama appointed judges could do about that.not that they seem eager to do much besides talk.

If he had self-reported, as Trump recommended, all illegal aliens do, you would have a chance to come back. Because he was supported, he must legally wait five years. That’s the law.

OK, lets look at the facts.
"Suspected" is logically NOT a fact, it is in fact a suspicion.
The only evidence that he was a "gang member" came from a confidential informant that said he was a member of MS-13 in New York.
Problem? He'd only ever lived in Maryland since coming here as a 16 year old.
He's a US prisoner being held in an El Salvadorian prision based on the US paying for his detention. As such the US has leverage, return him or we stop paying El Salvador $6,000,000.
There has been no creditable evidence presented to the court that he's a terrorist or a gang member. OK, on CI that got it wrong because he said he was a member of the gang where he didn't live.
