Zone1 Is the Law Absolute?

I ask this because we've had some MAJOR changes in standards from the left as far as the "law"

As the left tried to accuse Trump of crimes, we regularly heard from Democrat politicians, pundits, and voters that nobody is above the law, and if you break the law you deserve the consequences.

Now compare that to the current illegal immigration issue.. where the same people are now saying the law is invalid and that it's just to oppose the law.

How do Democrats reconcile this?
Democrats reconcile in their usual double standards way.
If it advances their anti-USA, anti-Constitution agenda, then not a crime, the law doesn't apply.
If it hinders the agenda of the Right then it does apply.

What is the difference between a Donkey and an Elephant? Both parties have routinely with bipartisan majorities have passed all sorts of illegitimate laws. Neither D nor R gives a damn about constitutional governance.

Jury decisions are legitimate. Let me guess… this is the one in a million that wasn’t right? Poor Donald
They blurred the line between justice and politics, and in that blur, the credibility of both suffered,

I see the Left is dodging the question. Illegal immigration IS breaking the law and so is impeding a lawful LE operation, including an ICE operation. So, the Left is protecting illegals and they themselves are breaking existing laws in doing so. Does it not seem hypocritical to scream that nobody is above the law when they are proposing, supporting, and engaging in unlawful acts?

Trump’s convictions stand.
If I “get a detention” but am told I didn’t have to stay after school, I never got a detention.

The fact that nothing happened to him reveals it was a show trial. All you have is a label, which means nothing. It’s like being a King and holding zero authority to make any orders, laws, or have any authority whatsoever.

“Illegitimate laws”

1. “Illegitimate” is a subjective opinion.
2. Laws do exist. The left wants people to break the law. I’m fine with taking stands, but then again, I wasn’t saying what Democrats and the left were saying when they went after Trump

Not even remotely true. If you’re found guilty and given probation instead of jail time...you’re still convicted.

If it was anyone else, you’d say the same thing. But since you’re in a cult and aren’t man enough to tell the truth....you’re incapable of saying it.

Trump remains a convcted felon.

I always love how you guys pretend to be defenders of the truth but can’t bring yourself to admit this fact.

Makes me chuckle.

Perahps...

Its something that frankly still puzzles me...

Felonies are bad things right?
Absolutely, and they come with heavy punishments.

So what happened to Trump? There was no punishment. Do we just hand out felony labels to people now? LOL.

And How did he get courts to apologize to him for bringing charges against him?

You can cling to a meaningless label, but the rest of us see it for what it was. If he was truly a felon, he’d have been punished for it. There was no punishment.. so there’s no reason to call him a felon IMO. Let me know when he does anything actually illegal that gets him in prison.

Amber Guyger (white cop) shot a Botham Jean (black man) because she got confused about what apartment she walked into thinking it was hers. Killed him. Didn’t call 911 when she realized what she did.

Got 10 years. Very light punishment. She was chaged with and convicted of 2nd degree murder.

No, juries hand out convictions. They handed 34 out to Trump.
So Trump is a convicted felon. He’s been convicted 34 times. Thats 34 times more than most people. Not one conviction, not two convictions not three convictions more...34 times more convictions than most people. 34 X a jury said he was a felon. 34 times.

Oh, a punishment? Yeah. That means a crime was committed.

Name the punishment. No punishment = no real crime.. just a political trial

It was a very light sentence.

Living with the fact that he’s a convicted felon is a form of punishment. Hence your 24/7 effort to defend your lord and master at every turn.

I think you actually care more than the blob does though.

But there was a sentence. That means a crime occurred.

It’s actually more of a rallying cry for him if anything. He still won the election. People saw what all that was. You don’t appear to be able to.

Well...earlier you said felonies came with “heavy sentences”. So were you lying then or are you lying now.

Your God is a 34X convicted felon. All of your whining won’t change that.

They do. Years in prison is a heavy sentence.
Your God is a 34X convicted felon. All of your whining won’t change that.
And nobody cares, because he won the election anyways (meaning the general public doesn't believe it), and deep down you know you’re mad about that. This is you tantruming about it

Illegitimate judgment is reserved only to those who are well informed about the law.

To the uninformed and conditioned, any legislative act, garbage or not, is "subjective". English is my primary language, and I'm more familiar than you, it appears, with the US Constitution and its principles.

I’ve found that “informed” and “uninformed” claims are generally just another way of saying “I don’t agree with your opinion”. Laws are absolutely subject to interpretation and opinion, that’s why the judicial branch exists.. and we don’t leave it to vigilante activists or pompous keyboard warriors as an authority.

I think you have made a very poor showing in your claim to be superior in understanding the Constitution.
