Equal justice is... when you have enough evidence to overcome the high bar of "beyond reasonable doubt" you indict. When you don't. You don't indict. That's how it is not just between Hillary and Trump but among all citizens.

Oh come on…if that were the bar then no indictments would ever go to trial…A grand jury indicts on one side of the argument, proving it in court is a whole other thing….unless of course you are arguing that Trump doesn’t deserve being considered innocent until proven guilty?

The rate of conviction for prosecutors is over 90 percent. And no it isn't guaranteed. But that fact alone should tell you how careful they are before they take the step of indicting.
