I sure hope so as we need real solutions that work in the real world, not Marxist ideological horse shit.
Nordic Socialism has a good track record and the use of a UBI to replace welfare are good starters.
We need to leave the politics of envy and class warfare in the dustbin of history, no matter how badly the Oligarchs deserve it.
To the right end of the spectrum we need to temper capitalism with humanitarianism and a community interest in keep the whole of our nation and by extension all of humanity safe, secure, content and not in want or deprived.
We need to resume the climb toward finding the handholds for a common future of integrity, dignity, and promise for everyone.
