There seem to be more LGBT's in Muslim countries, then Western countries - since they don't allow for LGBT-parades, they should be quite safe.

They are humans, just like everybody else - that they have "psychological issues" is understood - just like MAGA dolts or Lefty/Libs.
As for transsexuals - that a very small % of them, factually have "physiological" issues - is a fact.
