Yes, but I know you’re not applying it the same way I am. IOW, you see it as some sort of revenge motive, where as I see it for what it is. Sponsors of the show, don’t like the alienation of half of the country when trying to sell their product off of viewership of the show. Now, couple that with a completely bloated show staff, and the parent network losing huge amounts of money, and there’s your reason for cancellation….That’s just a fact.

No. At least not Stern.

Stern's show was not cancelled because of Trump.

People no longer listen to radio much and Stern was a radio star. In addition he is simply way too old. He is 71 and in very bad shape even for a 70 year old. His time is simply done.

On a personal note it should have happened decades ago. I always hated the guy and could never understand his appeal. I think he ruined radio. When he started to get big everyone had to try copying his shock radio crap. Many very good radio programs with charm and unique personality simply became mini sterns.
