It's incomprehensible that left leaning Americans can justify the Unconstitutional conduct and subsequent admission of guilt by the Biden administration by citing the Jan 6 mom and pop demonstration.

Conduct was proper, justified, and legal, and no admission of guilt has ever been admitted by the Biden admission.

Point being, there was a great deal of debate over Pardoning Power during the Constitutional Convention. Some wanted to limit the POTUS since he, himself, might be an instrument in the Treason.

So they came up with the idea of Senate Approval of Pardons for Treason. There is still theory out there that accepts that rule and I think that's where I picked it up. It doesn't seem to be generally supported these days, however. A general amnesty is a bit different. Like when Abe pardoned a lot of Confederates in order to try to obtain some unity after the War. And also to get them to defect to our side. Different days, different times, different rules.

Sponge Brains Shits Pants issue of Preemptive Pardons is questionable in and of itself since the Constitution also states that there must be a crime to be pardoned from. Legal Scholars think you can't just issue Pardons for anything done at any time in the past or even in the future

Add to that the fact that Biden may have been instrumental in the treason and the Pardon starts to look useless. Can a POTUS Pardon himself for Treason??

If there ever is a Pardon for Treason in this Country again, I expect to see a lot of fighting. Serious fighting.

If Milley committed Treason, he can still be successfully prosecuted because Biden's Pardons are bullshit. If the DoJ under Bondi decides to prosecute him for Treason, Biden's BULLSHIT Pardon won't stop it.

I don't believe Milley can be prosecuted for Treason. I never did. And I still don't. I just think it would be a good idea. In order to ruin him financially, morally and in every other way. Couldn't happen to a nicer scumbag.

The evidence that he elevated himself to illegal caudillo acting as president without constitutional authority is hard to refute -- he openly bragged about doing so.

He told the Communist Chinese Government that he would warn them in advance of any action Trump might take against them. And he was so proud of this treason that he immediately told his media palz about it, so that his Heroism could be praised throughout the leftwing media.

There's also the small matter of him scheming to block the deployment of the National Guard on January 6th, 2021, and then covering up his actions.
