Is Milley Going To Prison?

I guess you don't even know what you posted.

The definition of enemy:

One who feels hatred toward, intends injury to, or opposes another; a foe.

We don't have to be in a physical war with China for them to be our enemy.

You are welcome.
Look up the definition of treason. It does not accept your definition of an enemy. For God's sake, I dedicated almost my entire life to the military, and I think I know when we are at war. Your idiotic mileage may fucking vary, dipshit!

Maybe you don't even know the definition of treason. I'll help you out again.

1) The betrayal of allegiance toward one's own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.

"Especially" doesn't mean exclusively. Violence is not a requirement.

Again, you are wrong.

There is that pesky word again! China is NOT our enemy at this time. Adversary? Yes! Enemy? No.

Don't be a fucktard! You are wrong. Have a nice fucking day!

Sorry, but you are flat out wrong. Someone can most certainly be guilty of treason for giving information to an adversary even in a time of peace.

You are clearly out of your lane on this one.

Well since he gave no information, you are sucking hind teat!

I go by the Constitution. You are like a liberal with hurt "feewings".

They routinely steal our intellectual property. That alone puts us at "war" with them.
Yes they have been master's at using the leverage of their service's in which we have fallen victim too and/or had become addicted too. By this we took our eye off of the tool shed as they raided it and done what they pleased with it.

We can fix it because they know that they are in the wrong, and it can be done in a peaceful way too.

Milley didn't commit treason and if DOGE is about cutting waste, then DOGE tells Trump not to waste money with needless investigations.
Nice try.

No, dummy.....Biden was trying to protect his co-conspirators to keep them from rolling over on him.
Absolutely what it looks like. The best way to get crooks to fall, is to turn the crooks on each other.

He offered to give information to an adversary that could have undermined the President’s ability to protect and defend US interests.

I just want to make sure I understand your position on this. Do you think it is treasonous for a top General to call leaders of other countries(adversaries) and tell them that he will notify them in advance if any military action against them is ordered by the US President? That is what Milley did. I am not arguing as to whether Biden had the right to pardon him, but rather that he pardoned someone who committed an act of treason.

Insubordinate? Yes! Violation of his oath? Yes! Criminal? Yes. Should Biden have fired him after he found out? Yes!

Treasonous? No. It does not meet the definition.

You keep claiming that his pardon was immunity. It is not. Stop lying about what you claimed.

An element of treason is this - adhering to their Enemies, by giving them Aid and Comfort.

Warning or "comforting" the "Chinese" in the way that the alleged act took place, does that meet the element stated above ?
