I have mixed thoughts about the death penalty myself as sometimes it's necessary and sometimes I think that people should suffer the rest of their lives. Who can really say WHAT Harris' policies will be if she is in office? She had no policies as a senator, no policies as VP, avoided giving any in interviews and has stated no policies during her campaign. She even copy/pasted Joe Biden's policies off the WH web-space to put in her website!

I bet her policies are conditional:

• No punishment for street thugs and undocumented illegals.
• But she'll still want all J6 defendants and Trump put immediately to death.

Since the only legal authority comes from defense, then executions can never be legal.
They have been proven to not defend anyone, and actually increase the murder rate by example.
Abortion is entirely different in that it defends the woman and saves her from the greater risk of delivering.

Killers do not suffer for the rest of their lives. They rarely experience the slightest remorse.
