I had a top secret clearance for years, if I did what she did I would be typing this from prison. Taking classified documents home and refusing to return them when requested is intentional

They ask nicely first and probably expect that would work. But not with Trump. He ignored them.
Yet all Trump had to do was return them
Trump was notified by National archives that they had to be turned over prior to leaving office.

The NARA worked with the Biden administration to build a bullshit case against Trump. A case now that has fallen apart. In other words it means nothing and will never be heard before or after the election.

The case has not fallen apart. Trump had classified documents in his home when he was no longer president. He was required to return them.
Trump is just trying his darndest to beat the rap. That why the election is so critical for him.
