• No Linking to, discussing, or promoting other Message Boards Anywhere on the Site.
• No Spamming. Multiple posting of the same thing, advertising and links to other sites.

You can also ask a Moderator in the PM area.

I don't see where inviting someone to zoom chat or the like would be an issue, because if one didn't wish to participate, then they just wouldn't.
