Simple yes or no.

A justification for your answer is optional.

She broke numerous laws and only politics saved her unethical lying fat ass. If that's a criminal, she be that.

Of course she is, it's absolutely criminal how she makes RWNJ's heads explode.

Nobody's head exploded you lying asshole. We're pointing out how corrupt she is, don't like it, fine but trying to make us look bad won't work.

Just mentioning her name is enough to make them start foaming at the mouth.

Say something nice about her and watch out. The gibberish that comes out of their mouths just before their heads explode is absolutely toxic. And don't let that brain matter come into contact with your skin, you could be infected too, it's contagious.

After the convention, Hillary is just drooling over the prospect (and Bill, too!) of getting a top security clearance again so she can trade info in order to significantly increase the coffers' of the Clinton Global Racketeering Fund!. Happy days are here again for them..........maybe one day they'll have a jet, helicopter, and a Manhattan penthouse suite (like she mentioned in her speech today about Trump). Anything short of this, would be poverty for them.

Absolutely. There is no maybe to it. Anyone who denies it is as foolish and/or dishonest as rdean.

Criminal ? How so? Her stupid server ?

Lying to the FBI in an investigation is a felony for little people

I realize that Hillary is above the law, but if it were you, you'd be in prison.

In the eyes of the law no in the court of public opinion probably yes. I'm not comparing the two but in the eyes of the law O.J. Simpson is not murderer.
