American Ninja Warrior winner Drew Drechsel was arrested Tuesday following accusations of having an inappropriate relationship with an underage girl.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the District of New Jersey, Drechsel, who won the last season of NBC’s athletic competition show, was arrested in his Florida home. The office’s official press release detailed that Drechsel, 31, traveled to New Jersey to engage in sexual activity with a minor. The Florida native also encouraged the girl to send him inappropriate pictures of herself.

Drechsel is being charged with manufacture of child pornography, enticement of a minor to travel for illicit sexual conduct, among other crimes.

Official documents say that Drechsel and his victim met in 2014 at a filming of American Ninja Warrior. They exchanged phone numbers and began texting each other. Drechsel invited the girl to his Connecticut gym where they engaged in sexual behavior, the report details.

Dayum! and WTF? This perv well runs DEEP I guess. So....now what? How do we protect idiot girls that trust horny guys? I didn't see her age listed. Maybe I missed it. Still...is a 17 year old considered a child? 16 year old? Have you seen some of these gals that are like 14 but look like they are in their 20's? Do guys have to now ask for proof of age before getting all pervy?

Just read the new rules. Hope I edited enough to make this thread not breaking those rules.

People used to get married at 15 and 16. For some reason, I've always gravitated towards older..but I can see it happening to some.

He was 26 and she was 15 when they first met.
Maybe slightly inappropriate, but hardly "pedophilia".
Wait...so he is 31 now and she is 21...and he has some nudes of her from then? Or something?
Sounds like that relationship went south.

anyone in any walk of life guilty of this needs to fry.

Wrong attitude. You give way too much credit to some of these teenage girls. They're walking the streets and suddenly they're five years old making wild accusations of rape, sexual assault, etc, etc., against any man whose name or address they can possibly get hold of.

I said guilty.

Legally.
