That is possible, but I have not seen the other exact instance of Don Jr.'s remarks and am not going to search for it. It's an hour and a half.Did you bother watching the original? IMO? You obviously need to stop believe ANYTHING that this Filipkowski posts. Either he is purposely deceiving you, or he was duped himself.

You don't need to, you just have to be a fairly intelligent person, and know how a person on drugs acts.
Watch the start of the interview, and understand, if his behavior at that start of the interview, is anything at all like what you saw in the clip, YES, it would indicate that he is high, the two parts match up, and the video you watched was not sped up.
OTH? IF he is not acting that way, it is obvious the cherry picked clip is sped up. THERE IS A REASON. . . that you did not get to see ANY of Vance speaking at length in any of the clip you had an opportunity to see. WHY? Because it would have shown VANCE speaking the same way.
C'MON man, use a little critical thinking.
Most of the folks here, regardless of the partisan affiliation, can see right through this attack. If it were true? They would make it easy for you to fact check, and go straight to the part of that interview to fact check yourself, wouldn't they?
