If the government is using regulations to shut down businesses and prevent new start ups then yes, obviously the government is at fault.

Equal pay for EQUAL WORK is the applauded thought, but the catch come in defining what equal work is. Is a truck drivers job equal to a secretaries because they both sit alot? Is an HR manager the same as a software engineering managers job? Etc.

Most people expect to see equivalence with all other factors being the same for the SAME EQUAL job. Trump wants to address the underlying causes of the inequality by providing day care and educational opportunities to single Moms.

Well, if you're going to build a large wall, screen all Muslims entering and currently in this country, deport over 11 million people and all the other things that Trump wants to do, it's going to require a lot more government workers to do so.
