Dogs carry out the secret wishes of their masters. If Hillary had had such a dog, it would likely have killed her security personnel.

Nobody is above the law. Washington D.C. law states that a dog must be isolated for 10 days after a bite. This thing mauled ten people and still runs loose.

I assume it was on federal property so not under DC regulations?
