Is anyone else seeing a huge double banner at the top of the page

There's a clicky goober at the bottom to change the width, nothing to pick what skinn you want.

They are updating the entire forum. Give it time, like a day for them to install all of the new changes. Admin has already explained elsewhere that they are doing it this way in increments so as to avoid having to shut everything down.
