A constitutional republic is a form of government where citizens elect representatives to make decisions on their behalf, and these representatives are bound by a constitution that outlines the fundamental principles and laws of the nation.
A constitutional republic is a governing state where the chief executive and representatives are elected, and the rules are set down in a written constitution.
Consider the following: the last time Congress declared War was WWII, which we won because the nation was united with a clear purpose. Since then, we have either at best tied or lost ever other non-declared attack on other nations.
Each of which have only further divided the People and greatly enriched the MIC.
