I don't disagree, but if memory serves, he was already ruled a danger BEFORE he killed her, he may even have been ruled incompetent. We know that the left likes to let the loonies roam the streets.

He murdered someone. If he is unfit to stand trial, in effect, they are saying the guy is crazy and not responsible for his actions nor can represent himself in his defense.

He murdered someone, to that there is no doubt, further, he is homeless and has a long criminal record. They can't just release him now back on the street. His being so out of it that he can't even stand trial and is legally not responsible for his actions makes his release all the more more egregious, as it is almost certain that he'd just kill again.
