The USA has do everything possible in helping the Iraqis prepare for a successful advance and defeat of ISIS. Since the USA has shown quite clearly that it cannot "nation make" as seventy years before because the nature of such events are no long possible, the Iraq soldiers must do what the American soldiers should not have to do.

This is the Iraqi military's wan to win.

Where you been, Frank? He put a few thousand back, when it became obvious that Bush's trained army collapsed.

Let's hope the Iraqi offense in a few weeks will do the job, because I don't BHO intends to increase the Americans to scores of thousands of troops.
