Irrrelevant. If it were unconstitutional, the SC would have said so. IMO, this is situation tailor-made for the General Welfare clause.

General Welfare? The vaccine doesn't stop the spread of the virus-------in fact, it creates carriers. It could be argued that it is in the best General Welfare not to "vaccinate" so carriers wouldn't be running around spreading the disease instead of being home sick in bed assuming that the vaccines lessen the virus as the dimwits now try to spin it uses.
