My Ma always told me, "If you get her ass thrown in jail don't call me to get yer ass out of jail. ". The secret of that situation is to not get put into jail in the first place. I have no sympathy for people in jail becaus they made that choice to be put into jail.

But they tried and the only way not to be guilty of insurrection at this point is to actually succeed. A success is called a revolution (and many thought that was exactly what they were doing) and the other is called an insurrection when it fails.
