States differ in compensation rates therefore assuming MDs have two or more neurons many will migrate from low to high compensation regions.

Likewise rates and subsidies differ so migration among patients will also occur.

But I agree that insurance companies will love Ocare as long as it lasts in its current state the poor will die in the waiting lines as the specialists take non-exchange patients first or move to states with much shorter waiting lines or simply retire.
