I have a friend who does Instacart and they have lowered their minimum batch pay from seven dollars to five dollars. This is a company that has also stolen tips from workers. Same thing with Door Dash. Door Dash recently lower their minimum pay from 3 dollars to $2.50 before tip.

And all across the country companies are lowering their pay. This is a shocking thing, and it is leading to drug use, depression, mass crime mass poverty. One of the ugliest times in American history. And Democrats who used to champion The causes of the workingman have brainwashed some of their base into talking about BLM and trans rights. Well no offense to the workers but when you work a shit job like Instacart you're going to get shit pay and you won't ever get treated better.

Too many people now expect to make a living wage doing unskilled labor jobs. They want to afford everything working at Starbucks or Instacart or Walmart but that isn't how the world works.

Want good pay and to be valuable? Work, show ambition, ask to learn more, take on more responsibility. If that doesn't do anything then take that experience and use to it to get in somewhere else.

The job I have now I make 32 dollars an hour and I can work all the overtime I want pretty much and I am appreciated. I spent 9 years as a maintenance guy at a hotel and the pay was shit, but I learned a lot. 2 years ago I got hired at a food manufacturer as their building guy. But I had to learn a lot and show a lot of ambition. I'm not stinking rich but I do well for myself.

For 98% of people a good job takes work, effort, time. It isn't just handed to you. And if all you aspire to do is work at Instacart, well that's all you're going to be. No one deserves anything.

And slavery? Don't make me laugh. They can quit and find another job, they aren't a slave. Or God forbid, they go to school, learn a trade, or do something to improve their situation.

companies like Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, Instacart, Postmates, and many more offers zero protection for its workers. They have fired workers due to false customer complaints. Also, many of the workers on these jobs. Deliver to unsafe areas they’re not allowed to carry a pistol. That’s a disgrace. So the government needs to do something the fast track, pistol permits paid for by the government or the companies for the delivery workers. Every delivery worker should be able to carry a pistol and they should be able to get a pistol very quickly. This is disgraceful ….enough is enough

This is the most legitimate issue that should galvanize Joe Biden supporters across the country. If We don’t have a middle class. We’re screwed in this country. Without a strong middle class, our country will deteriorate..

And I’ve posted videos of Instacart workers talking about how Instacart is destroying the pay. This is a legitimate issue, and I really hope Joe Biden can say something about this.

Lastly, I will say, I’ve gotten a little bit fired up in some of my posts itt, but all of my language is directed at the corrupt officials in our government and the corrupt CEOs. I remember being told by some of my friends that back before the virus, there were $100 orders on Instacart batches were paying 60 or $80 for the super heavy pay orders. And now it’s nothing basically

Now back in the day that same order let’s take a look at this 73 items times $.40 $29

Plus if the order was over $300 that’s an extra 10 bucks so that Guy would’ve been looking at $40 for the batch without tip. And in this case it was one of those anti-Americans that doesn’t leave a tip.

So we’re talking about an order that 4 years ago was $40 but that today is 9 dollars. Gee, I wonder how that works in this country because usually with most jobs you get paid more as time goes on.

I only worked it in Park City in the winter, where it was certain to make money....SLC was broke dick city, and that was three years ago.
