Yes, I can see that...but this piece was written before Russia attacked Ukraine. Inflation, and particularly high gas prices are going to be with us for a while. The attack on Ukraine will probably extend into the fall or winter.
Russia may take Kyiv. They may install their puppet government, but they will never win the hearts of the Ukrainian people. Ukraine will be free again. It may take years, but they will be free again.
Inflation is here to say for a while. It is a worldwide problem and will not be solved until the economic imbalance in the world is solved. It sounds simple, but lack of supply and high demand will always result in higher prices. Until the supply side recovers, expect higher prices and limited stock.
