Inept Police are suing Afroman for Raid that came up empty.

I don't know how I missed this whole story for so long.

I'm guessing that these police officers are wishing they had never let that lawyer convince them that they could get a payday out of suing a private citizen for exercising his first amendment rights.

Here one of the officers in the search is forced to admit that his wife stole over a thousand dollars ("a felony sum of money") from her employer:

This was after a lengthy discussion of how this is relevant to the officer's claim of damaged reputation.

I think you hate the Police and scour the internet for outlier stories like this to bash ALL POLICE. But that's what a good Democrat supporter does.

The Police brought this on themselves.

Instead of simply apologizing for the mistake (and this was a pretty serious screwup, they were looking for a torture basement dungeon in a house that doesn't have a basement!) and paying for the damages, they sued him for making fun of them on videos.

The actual songs really aren't that good, compared to his "Because I got high" or any average Weird Al song.

Instead, the cops caused a "Streisand Effect," drawing more attention to something that wouldn't have been noticed otherwise.

And, yes, the image of a fat cop drooling over Lemon Pound Cake is pretty funny.

Why hasn't afroman filed a grievance against the judge? Judges normally don't issue warrants without probable cause.

He actually did memes comparing the judge to Droopy.

But the reality is, average citizens have very little recourse against police and judicial misconduct.

Afroman, despite being a D-list celebrity, had a platform most of us wouldn't have.

Here's a video that may be educational for you.
So he did his job?

Good for him, I guess. I did my job yesterday, and I'm going to do it again today. And every day for the next 3 years until I retire.

The thing is, most cops are good guys doing a difficult job.

And some of them never should have been cops to start with.

This is a case where someone screwed up. they went on a rampage through a private citizen's house on the word of a Confidential Informant who gave them garbage information about a torture dungeon and a mountain of drugs.
