Zone1 In what ways is antisemitism “cloaked” as being against “just” Israel?

Ah yes, another morning on USMB, another whining post from our local Jewish propaganda artist. Because make no mistake about it, Zionist use charges of anti-semitism like a damn shield, or a force field, to rationalize their own behavior. I mean we can start with the claimed definition of anti-Semitism.

There is it, the "official" definition. Let's use it to point out the flaws. For instance,
  • Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.
Can that happen? Of course it can. Can you say Pollard? But under the "official" definition of anti-Semitism, you can't even accuse someone of it. How does that make sense? And of course, this one.

  • Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a state of Israel is a racist endeavor.
Rather ironic that they are talking about self-determination but we won't get into that. The Jewish people, like all people, have a right to self-determination. No one will argue that fact. But here, they start to expand a bit,

Anti-Zionism is opposition to Jews having a Jewish state in their ancestral homeland, and denies the Jewish people’s right to self-determination. The belief that the Jews, alone among the people of the world, do not have a right to self-determination — or that the Jewish people’s religious and historical connection to Israel is invalid — is inherently bigoted

"In their ancestral homeland", WTF, who threw that in there. You mean races have inherent rights to ancestral homeland? Well the hell with Greenland, they can turn Denmark over to me tomorrow. Wife can claim Scotland on the way. And of course, we can always come home to Catawba territory.

And quite honestly, historical connection is not invalid, beg the question much? Where is the proof? The Torah? Sorry, doesn't work any better for the Koran or the Bible.

That’s because you don’t have to hide being a Jew for fear of being assaulted, and need bomb-sniffing dogs at Jewish events.

But your non-contribution is noted.
Meh, in my AO I could walk around wearing a Menorah on my head and nobody would care other than thinking it was weird headgear.

Honest people admit that the extreme and one-sided hatred against the Jewish state is often - I’d argue almost always - driven by antisemitism, and is a way Jew-haters think they can get away with smearing Jews. They always say, “I’m not against all Jews.,…just the ones who support Israel.” The following are examples of how condemnation against Israel reveals - or worse, advances! - antisemitism:

1. Punishing ALL Jews for Israel’s actions. For example, marching around schools chanting “Death to Jews!,” setting up No Jew Zones, or not allowing a Jewish student to serve on the student body unless she denounces Israel.

2. Using coded language as a substitute or dog whistle for Jews. Saying “Zionist” instead of Jew, when they are almost the identical thing given that almost 90% of Jews support Israel’s right to exist.

3. Using steroetypes or Hitler as part of the criticism. Saying that “Zionists” own Congress or that Israelis are like Nazis.

4. Denying the Jewish people the same rights that other ethnic groups have or aspire to. Calling for the abolishment of Israel or telling Jews they should leave the country and return to Europe, where 2/3rds of Jews were murdered.

5. Describing the Israeli people as uniquely evil by spreading lies and conspiracy theories. Saying that Israelis enjoy killing children or that they are deliberately killing innocent civilians.

6. I will add one more of my own: Double standards where it applies to Israel. Engaging in nationwide protests to “free the Palestinians” and having virtually none to free the Iranians, being killed by the tens of thousands by Islamic savages.

Remember kids, Zionists reject the basic teaching of Judaism that Hashem is in charge.

They believe they can override the will of the Creator and take the Holy Land by force

I just wrote out that it is NOT Israeli policy which makes it antisemitic! It is the examples in the OP.

And it’s not widespread that leftists are calling to genocide the Jews? Good way to downplay a Holocaust-era chant, being sung from the East to the West Coast. And college administrators refused to condemn it?!

Um, yeah, it's called "Free Speech".

I am reminded of when I was growing up, and a bunch of Nazi Cosplayers led by a self-loathing Jew named Frank Cohn wanted to march in Marquette Park (which at the time, was undergoing integration). The city of Chicago refused to grant them a permit.

Well, when they threatened to march in Skokie, the ACLU got involved, and they won their case. Then, Chicago granted them a permit to march in Chicago so they wouldn't march in Skokie to upset the Jews.

Eventually.
Cohn got caught doing kiddie porn in the Nazi Clubhouse and went to prison.
Marquette Park is now a slum.
But the issue of free speech was protected.

Good way to show how leftist downplay virulent antisemitism, while screaming about the slightest perception of something that could be interpreted as racist.
The problem is you scream about the outliers to avoid serious discussion about the issue people are upset about.

- Aunt Jemima logo? That’s racist! Get those bottles off the shelf or we will bankrupt the company!

- Calls of “Death to Jews!” on college campuses? Oh well, it’s not widespread.

Lisa really misses those racist Pancakes. It was the only time she could see a black person and not be scared.

It took 130 years to get Pearl Milling/Quaker Oats/PepsiCo to stop using a racist caricature.

Hey, funny thing.

The governor of my state is a Jew.
well how surprising of you to even notice that...you probably even have one as a friend eh?
I voted for him in the last two elections and will probably vote for him again in November
TRANSLATION: "He's got his mind right"
(although I'm not thrilled with how he did my Congressman Dirty in the primary)
TRANSLATION: "but like every jew I ever knew...well you know the rest"

How much longer can you engage in this insanity?

Tens of thousands of Palestinian women and children killed by the IDF… and you’re doing what you’re doing. … sensationalizing “antisemitism”. I’ve seen you call fellow Trump supporters antisemites with absolutely no evidence. Most Trump supporters that criticize the israeli government including people like Tucker Carlson have publicly said they like Israel. You are making things up as you go. Most of these people are also against the IRGC. So you are simply making up your points basically inventing them.

I hope you get the help you need. Your actions and those of people like Netanyahu and Ben Shapiro are hurting Israel. By going around constantly complaining about anti-Jewish racism in the face of the heinous war in Gaza, which even Jewish journalist say is the worst genocide in recent history.
