It is only your side misusing the courts, promoting unrest and violence to get your way. It is only your side using the law to suppress public opinion.

I can find no incident where the current administration has denied anybody the right to free speech. But believe it or not, if your side can express it's opinion so can ours. Including an opinion that somebody's speech in a particular venue may violate the federal law for that venue.

If your side can work to silence the opposition, you can't complain when our side expresses an opinion that somebody should be fired or disciplined for unacceptable rhetoric.

And for your side to continue to promote, provoke, encourage verbal and physical violence against political opponents pretty much says it all as to motive and unacceptable policy.
