Hmm ... your idea to see Bismarck and Hitler in the same direction of politics is perhaps not uninteresting. The Prussian discriminated in their "culture fight" all Catholics and made them to second class citizens. What had this to do with the Holocaust under Hitler in your view to the world?
For sure exist such Prussian made prejudices also today - even in racist forms against Bavarians and specially also in all left directions of politics. And also people in the USA - like for example Elon Musk - support such a form of politics in Germany when he tries to eliminate the influence of "das Zentrum" (= today: the tolerant conservative Christian political mainstream) and to replace it with right wing extremists and/or useful idiots of Nazis. The strange thing: This extremist right wing "super-Germans" in the AfD support also Putin. Same is doing a wide spectrum of left wingers who support the political party "Sarah Wagenknecht" - what's also only another name for Putin.
