3) We made sure we had allies on board who did a lot of the fighting and dying.

So a smart war won by liberals left us the richest country in the aftermath with the least amount of casualties of the major powers. France lost more people than we did.

Now compare that to how Conservatives fight a war in iraq.

1) Put the war on a credit card and double the national debt.
2) Keep recycling the same units until they are rendered inoperative
3) Alienate most of the world with our arrogance.
