In 2024 Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Argued No Right to Carry a Gun at ‘Political Rallies and Protests’

And Again, if they had just prosecuted them normally it wouldn't be an issue, but the Biden admin went ham and made it personal, and Trump had to correct it.
That doesn't answer the question
Did they "interfere" with congress on January 6th.
Yes/No ?

In this specific situation no.
I'll need one of your Trump to English translators.
So I'll know, like you do. Which of his words mean something, and which one's don't.

Yes they did, and in a few hours the vote happened anyway, and Biden took office when he should have. The problem was after when the Biden admin decided to over-prosecute those involved, or those not even there who helped people get there, or talked about it.

And the only person who died was a woman hanging halfway through a window.

Any person used to Trump's bluster and off the cuff speaking know which ones to take seriously.

Yes they did, ...
If they interfered, as you claim the Pretti did.
You complain that they were thrown in jail for interfering.
But have no problem with capitol punishment for Pretti.

I feel sorry for his family, but he went up against armed officers while armed.

That's stupid and criminal.

I complain they were over-prosecuted.

A man was prosecuted for doing just what you claim Pretti did.
He had a loaded firearm and confronted the capitol police.
And by confront I mean physically attacked and assaulted.

And he got a full pardon. So I guess doing that is O.K.

Trump went with a blanket pardon because the over prosecution was so egregious.

Next time stick to prosecuting the violent and not the people just walking around.

Blanket pardon. Meaning stereotyping law enforcement.

Summary judgement ?

He decided to interfere with law enforcement officers.

That has never been considered "protest" by normal people. Now it seems the left thinks it is, and they are wrong.

If it's civil disobedience they want, the civil rights protesters showed you have to NOT INTERFERE and NOT RESIST.
