Impeachment possibility of Trump at all time high

That Trump could be impeached is at an all-time odds high, according to The Beast.

Many of this Board were horrified at his threat to end "civilization" in Iran, while a few screwballs egged him on.

I think that it is more likely that a stroke or heart attack or a brain aneurism is a more likely avenue of departure.

I, personally, do not support a want to be war-crimes President.

The Beast is left wing drivel. If democrats are dumb enough to try and impeach Trump it will explode in their faces. With their approval at historic lows their failed shutdowns and opposition to everything except their unpopular policies if they disrupt the government again they will suffer at the next election which they dont have chance to win in the first place.

Impeaching Trump would be terrible for the country. If they are smart and if they care about their country, Dems will skip the impeachment theatrics and focus on nominating consensus candidates dedicated to healing the wounds of the culture war.

Dems are not smart.

You missed the two trials for Trump then?

You need me to tell you about them?
They waited for Trump to actually do something.
Like BLACKMAIL against the president of Ukraine
And insurrection against the United States.

He rigged 2024. There is no other way he could have been elected.

77 million people would not elect him.
77 million proved you don't know anything. Just more of your TDS senselessness.

:laughing0301: :laughing0301: :laughing0301: :laughing0301: :laughing0301:

They were talking about impeaching him before he was sworn in.

They searched for anything.

They found nothing.

So they made stuff up.

End of story.

Again for the stupid.

mis·de·mean·or
noun
a minor wrongdoing.
Just to be clear, a misdemeanor is a crime. you fking stupid fk.

When you are arrested and charged with a crime, you will be charged with either a misdemeanor or a felony. These are classifications of offenses used to describe different types of crimes with varying levels of severity.

Hollie instructed you to cut and paste the part of the Constitution that addresses impeachment.

Your Chat bot is not the Constitution.

Do as you’re told, Chatbot.
You do not understand the Constitution. Put on the dunce cap and sit in the corner.

The Magashitz don't get that it will be the House that decides what the charges will be.

They know he will be impeached.

Next they will say it does not matter.

If not, why are they curling into little balls and wailing.

When the U.S. Constitution was written, "misdemeanor" in the context of impeachment meant serious official misconduct or "bad behavior" by a public official, rather than just a minor crime. Derived from 17th-century English parliamentary practice, it encompassed abuses of authority, breaches of public trust, and political crimes, often described as "high crimes and misdemeanors".

Context of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors": The phrase was a "term of art" referring to offenses against the state, not just statutory crimes.

Definition: It indicated "misconduct" or behavior that violates the oath of office.
Broader Scope: Scholars argue that the framers intended this to cover, but not be limited to, criminal acts, extending to non-criminal acts that render an official unfit to serve.

Historical Usage: It was famously understood to mean "behaving one's self ill" or "offence of fault" by officials in power, as noted by 18th-century lexicographer Nathan Bailey.

Distinction from Criminal Code: Unlike its modern definition as a lesser criminal offense, in 1787 it specifically referred to official misdeeds.

can the house remove him? haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahaha
The House is not supposed to remove him. Impeachment is a process that enables the Senate to try the President, and if he is convicted, he is removed from office.

oh, so you do need to identify a crime!!!!!!!! that isn't what was said, the TDS dude said anything. That means farting in his face would be one.
High crime or misdemeanour is what the Constitution says. The House can call your little penis a crime against women and impeach you.
