He has violated federal laws, which makes him a criminal. Due to the crimes he has and continues to commit - interstate extortion, violation of the 1st and second amendments, he needs to be impeached, tried, and put in prison.

There used to be this concept that no one is above the law - clearly you don't subscribe to that - you view the law as whatever Obama utters at any given moment - but we once had the notion that all must obey.
