The Immigration Act of 1965 by Emanuel Celler and Jacob Javits has been called by their ilk "the most important piece of legislation in the 20th century, that no one has ever heard of". Therefore, you should look it up and understand why certain people would call it important. Kevin MacDonald wrote a book including information about that act and the book is titled, 'The Culture of Critique'. The refugee laws were changed in Europe that year as well, to include non-Europeans. Look that up and study Barbara Lerner Spectre.
