No, we are a nation with a child rapist and 34 count convicted felon as a leader. A nation now ran by felons, for felons, and by felons. And you are loving that.We are not a nation of judges or judge’s orders.

I see you too arfe on to go straigfht to name calling.Do you think unlawful orders should be obeyed?
I'll mark you down as 'yes' on that one, otherwise piggy wouldn't be squealing.
Quiet, piggy.
"many orders" Name them.I don't think we have to imagine it. He pretty much has done this...ignoring many orders from federal judges. Convicted felons routinely ignore judges orders. Trump being a convicted felon is doing what convicted felons do.
Not sure what your point is.
I agree. The military already knows this and the further up in rank you get, the more professional you become and liable.Apples and oranges. If Trump did single out democrat judges, it would be a legal and constitutional issue, he would never succeed with. Totally illegal order, Bondi and any following it as an order, would be subject, not only to impeachment, but would probably never remain a lawyer, certainly disbarred.
The military is no the Department of Justice, and the Congressmen and women, did not say do not follow orders for Republican Officers or Non-Commissioned Officers, simply telling them, to disobey any illegal orders.
I have been Commissioned Officer, Enlisted and Non-Commissioned Officer. I always knew it was my duty to disobey an illegal order, and knew the further up the pole in the Enlisted and Officer ranks, I went, the less valid and defense of "simply following order" would be at a potential court-martial. I would not follow, nor would I issue or relay an illegal order, certainly not after the Uniform Code of Military Justice classes and testing, while on active duty.
I am not sure what the right-wing nut balls are getting their panties in a wad over, unless, just simply never having been in the military, and simply not familiar with the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
Where does it state that a judge has jurisdiction over international air space?I'm trying to imagine how you can respond to me when you said you have me on ignore:
Lie much?

Guilty: Trump becomes first former US president convicted of felony crimes

I've demonstrated you've lied 3 times in this one post of yours.
Where does it state that a judge has jurisdiction over international air space?
See post 61"many orders" Name them.
Seems like Biden openly defied legal court orders regarding illegal loan forgiveness. Hmmm, Cornholio conveniently ignored that fact. You mean like state and federal judges ignoring the Supreme Court?

Hehe. Being obtuse on purpose. The plane, the plane.Perhaps if the man he was talking to was hovering in international air space you would have a point. But he wasn’t, and you don’t. How’d that taste?
Which points to another post, which points to more posts, one of which is the one I replied to asking this question. The plane was in international airspace, not subject any longer to the judges' jurisdiction. And you do realize you are talking about a very compromised judge who NEVER EVER should have presided over these proceedings as he has/had a severe conflict of interest whihc has now lead to impeachment articles being introduced against him as well as other ethics charges too.See post 61
Link?I am sure what your point is...and hopefully you're wearing a cap to cover it.
This administration routinely ignores judges.
There are few more mindless than the devoted Trump cultist. That was just a reiteration of the goofy slogans you’re instructed to use.
Mindless babbling from an AOC groupie.

Well, you could try reading the thread. Just a thought.Which points to another post, which points to more posts, one of which is the one I replied to asking this question. Yet you’re the one saying, “The plane, the plane.”Hehe. Being obtuse on purpose. The plane, the plane.
I took that oath over 60 years ago, and I distinctly remember being taught in boot that you are not only nor required to disobey illegal orders, but you can be prosecuted for obeying such an order that is patently illegal. Those laws were established in 1950, in response to the atrocities committed by the Germans in WW2. We have some very specific laws concerning where the military can interfere in civilian matters. Our military officers have the duty to refuse orders that specifically break those laws. The Dems points were and are valid.
Carnal knowledge is also prohibited by the UCMJ---do you need to be reminded of that by your representatives? That wouldn't be inciting mutiny. The reps actions were seditious.Their point is valid, but they are attempting to apply this to the boat smuggling situation, which is not patently illegal.
Deployment of armed troops to American cities under the guise of a “national emergency” is highly questionable
