Big subject here that deserves a big answer, but it is almost 2am, I have to get some sleep, - so here is a short reply.

Israel demands that the Palestinians recognize Israel’s right to exist. That is what is reported on the US news. That sounds like a very reasonable request. But what is not reported is that Israel refuses to define the boundaries that define Israel. They insist that Israel has the right to expand as needed. The Palestinians want boundaries that consist of land that has been stolen from them. This is one of the hardest problems to fix in the world. I am too tired to solve the Middle East crisis tonight, maybe I will be able to after a few hours of sleep.

I dont want to speak for anyone. But im sure maineman can back me up on this. Where is there any army, the israeli army, u.s. army, russian army, chiniese army, that is perfect?.

Im sure there are bad apples in the israeli army, but i would bet that the vast majority of israelies denounce those kind of actions, and the israeli military has rules to try and convict idf soldiers if they commit a crime, same as any army.


Now, where is there a perfect citizenry, where by, a nation has 100% perfect citizens, who dont commit a crime, have no hate in their heart, and dont harm others. I'm sure their are israelies who harmed palestinians, but the vast majority or israelies denounce that kind of criminal behavior.

Now, I would like to ask, how does the palestinian authority punish people who conspire to murder israeli civilians?, the answer is they dont, the palestinian text books teach jihad and demean non-muslims.

Im not here to say all muslims are bad or all palestinans are bad. But the truth matters me, and fairness matters to me

Im not here to say israel is perfect. It is perfectly fair to discuss israeli policies such settlements, demolishing of housing, targetting killings of terrorist leaders, my point you ask?.

the difference between valid legitamite criticism of israel and anti-semitism is, being very specific, and giving reasons why you disagree (valid, legitamate criticism of israeli policy) and anti-semitism, saying very broad criticism of israel, israel has no right to exist, jews are bad, jews are evil.

do they? how many israelis do you see railing against the aparthied wall and activley taking it upon themselves to keep pals from living like cavemen? or, is it easier to rationalize one sided attrocities in the name of a common ethnicity?
