Nope. Most illegals live in or near urban areas where there is a plethora of community health clinics who treat anyone who comes in for free. More likely to have convenient language services in such places, and less likely to run across anything having to do with the government.

Illegals are the hope of the democrat party and its fading fast. They need them to be counted in the 2030 census to prevent the loss of at least 12 seats in the house. Thats why they created sanctuary cities to attract them to their states. What they got were thousands of criminals and it exploded in their faces.
