It's a taboo topic. Strange that we can have an open conversation about 99.9% of the animals having different IQ. For example, a dolphin is much smarter than a shark because dolphins have larger brain. When it comes to the same conversation about humans, it's off limits. Anyone talking about the obvious truth is a bonafide racist. This leftist I had a conversation with in the past told me that Haitians can in fact have the same capability as Japanese to build a nuclear power plant or Somalians having the same chance as Koreans to invent the next cutting edge microchip.
