The 14th amendment was created for children of ex slaves after the civil war, and i dont remember the diseased illegals being slaves except maybe for the Democrat party, so their children should be either put up for adoption, because they are US citizens, or those children go back with their parents and wait in line. They broke the law, just like US citizens do all the time, and end up going to jail, to be separated from their legitimate children.

I understand your frustration but I'm just trying to be realistic. Nobody is going to deport an infant. Every human rights organization in America would be filing lawsuits, getting stays on the deportation.

I could be wrong, but the most likely scenario is that they will increase efforts to deport criminals, and maybe some of the illegals that have been here for a very short time, but those who have been here for many years and those who have families, are likely here.to stay.
