Nah, just a responsible citizen, well trained, who trained a hell of a lot of other people on proficiency with small arms, as well as crew served weaponry, so very comfortable with them. If people like you get attacked, you should call the cops and wait.

If you were in the service I thank you. I'd feel safer if you lived next door. More folks that own guns should be like you. I understand you don't want to move to a more peaceful area too. I used to live in the Bay Area, CA. Bad area. It just got too bad so I fled to the forest where I live with bears ravaging my garbage cans.
As you know, I live in a liberal area where they welcome illegals. They have now taken over a nearby town and have turned the place into San Salvadore. The crime has been so bad that the police have asked us not to walk on the bike path around there due to all the MS-13 gang activity.
Too bad honest Americans can’t enjoy that bike path anymore. One time, there was a lowlife exposing himself to women and girls there, and he did it 8 times before the cops caught him. Another illegal, of course.
So what was it, 3.5 million as your chart shows or 10-15 million as MAGA has been shouting and regurgitating?
Trump let in 2 million according to YOUR chart.....not zero....

That sounds like Murfreesboro, TN, in the center of our red state. There have been muggings, a rape, on the trails, multiple car burglaries and robberies in the parking lot of the "Greenway", but it has been local homegrown assholes, probably out of Nashville, 30 miles away. My sister-in-law, a Colonel at the time often used those trails and they were really pretty and well planned, but even she fell victim a car burglary there, taking her military cellphone, military ID and money when they stole her purse. She was coming off the trail and saw them, but could do nothing to prevent them running away to waiting car, as she does not carry, though is well trained, unlike her husband (CW4 at the time), also well trained, but licensed and carrying almost all the time. He is kind of like me, and would have had to call 811 to find out where it was safe to dig a hole.
It was very safe in my area until the illegal aliens descended en masse in the neighboring town.

That sounds sad, indeed. But, like I said, the biggest, most prevalent criminals around here are home-grown assholes. I understand Donny has suggested his overseas dictator buddy to build 5 more prison camps to house our home-grown assholes down there, where they have no rights to prove innocence or even asked or allowed to say without reprisal. Sweet deal for those that hate the US Constitution, at least in Donny's demented mind.
