If you were OJ Simpson

What does the cops attitude have to do with the science, if it can be recreated as much as you like and always will get the same result?
the cop could have planted evidence. The blood was one possible case of that a vial was mishandled and blood was supposedly found weeks after the investigation was started when more evidence was needed. Magic find indeed.

Blood is nothing but DNA from beginning to end, for how much it contains and how dependent it is on it..
Did anybody think to test the blood that they found to any source of DNA found in the body elsewhere?
:P

Except the science doesn't show how the blood got there, only that it was there.

So if the cops were out to frame OJ, they could do it.

The problem was the LAPD's credibility, not the science.

How many folks has Hillary Clinton had killed?

How the blood got there is a simple thing... she was stabbed.

The cops don't need credibility, they need what they had and what they gave.
Evidence.

If you were OJ Simpson, you would have long since came to and been gone from here.

This is California's lethal injection chamber, circa the 1990's when OJ Simpson was on trial.

So how about if you go do what OJ Simpson did? He was a football player too... the most popular show for American dumbasses.
:)

He is dead. No proof he killed anyone and who would want to be him, he is worm food.

Much less has convicted over 99% of everybody else who went to trial and he was also found liable in civil court.
:)

I think you are a little confused.

The conviction rate in the US is 68%.

The problem is that if prosecutors don't have a solid case, they don't go to trial. They drop charges or they plea bargain out to something lesser.

OJ had the unique ability to fight his case in court. Most people accused of a crime often plead guilty simply because they can't afford the substantial legal fees that come with a trial. Or they have a Public Defender who can't wait to just plea bargain away to clear his desk.

been married 42 years and she takes care of me now that I am an invalid who will take care of you? the state?
I’m not sure that’s a good reason to get married….

Plus, most of the nursing home residents I’ve cared for over the years have living spouses. Didn’t prevent them from winding up where they are….

That isn't necessarily true.
I was arrested and went to a preliminary hearing for what is a Saturday night live joke by comparison and the prosecution had no case and in fact I won all of my related court cases and I am now on track to getting my arrest record expunged and suing the police.
My attorney in all civil matters is legal aid provided, my attorney to sue the police is Benjamin Crump (a pro Bono attorney) and my attorney to get the criminal case against me thrown out was a public defender aided by my personally carried out investigation and my demands to question the police officer and telling her what to ask.

This is an attempt to put me on trial without a solid case at all whatsoever.
:)

Um, okay.

I'm pretty sure you weren't accused of murder or a serious crime anyone cared about prosecuting all that much.

It’s interesting how you can kind of tell certain posters have substance abuse issues just based off the manic, stream-of-consciousness way they write in their posts
