...you MUST become your own doctor, nutritionist, fitness trainer, dietician.
Most diseases are caused by diet and lifestyle.

Heart disease is still the number one killer and is 100% preventable and in many cases reversible by diet and lifestyle changes alone
 
You do your own labs? CT scans? MRI's?
Good health should make these unnecessary. Labs are useful in ensuring that your health practices are working. Of course you need the medical profession if your health fails and you don't know why or can't reverse it. Your goal is to attain true health so you won't need them.
